"This Boston suburb vegetarian restaurant will veganize most of its menu items. I attended the Sunday Brunch where I feasted on "Huevos Rancheros" tofu scramble with avocado, onions, lettuce, black bean puree, salsa, and topped with vegan cheese. My side order was a large plate of home fries in a spicy salsa sauce. It was a filling meal and extremely delicious! What a fantastic vegan brunch! Quick service too! I highly recommend Red Lentil for brunch or any meals!"
