"Boston finally has a vegan-friendly diner to call its own! Veggie Galaxy which opened recently is a throwback to a 1950's diner and soda fountain shop. For breakfast, I chose the tofu omelet made with chipotle black beans, sweet corn, shallot, apple salsa, and vegan cheese, topped with a tomato puree. It came with a side of toast and homefries. Even carnivores would love this flavorful meal! My lunch selection was the black bean veggie burger with garlic mayo and potato salad. It was incredibly tasty! The seitan loaf with mash potatoes and sauteed chard was my dinnertime meal. This was gourmet cooking at its finest! The lemon meringue pie and strawberry cheesecake were moist and so delicious! This "new kid in town" restaurant should already be winning awards for its top notch cuisine! Do not miss dining here when you are in the Boston area!"
