First 100% plant based, Vegan, and Gluten-free Ethiopian Food destination set in a Fast/Casual setting in Alberta and quite possibly Canada. We serve traditional style plates where you have fun and use your fingers to tear up some Teff Injera (fermented flat bread) and dip it in our authentic dishes made with love (Our Veggie Platter feeds 2). We also have Bowls, for our fork lovers. In our Bowls we use torn Injera, as our base (or brown basmati rice) and then build it by adding different flavours of Ethiopia on top, and then mix it all up by spreading the love.
