ADVERTISING REPRESENTATIVES:

We're looking for outgoing, energetic Advertising Representatives to help build one of our primary revenue streams.

You'll have experience in sales and marketing and thrive on building solid business relationships with vegetarian and vegetarian-friendly companies. Your initial focus will be on recruiting advertisers for our web site -- from neighborhood food stores to national manufacturers.

As an Advertising Representative, your opportunities are almost limitless as your compensation will be based on your achievement.

REGIONAL CORRESPONDENTS:

We're looking for several individuals who'll be our primary contacts with the vegetarian community in various regions around the world.

As a Regional Correspondent, you'll liaise with vegetarian businesses (e.g. restaurants, natural food stores, local manufacturers), as well as vegetarian groups and other organizations in your region. You'll help to promote our products and services in your region and assist us in developing long-lasting relationships with the vegetarian community in your area.

We're interested in correspondents for the following regions:

These positions will involve about 5 to 10 hours per month, depending on the region involved. If you're interested, are very familiar with the Internet and have convenient access to a wired computer, then give us a shout.

FREELANCE TRAVEL WRITERS and FOOD/RESTAURANT WRITERS:

As we further develop content on our site, we'll be looking for freelance writers who enjoy writing about vegetarian travel and/or food and restaurants.

You'll have some writing experience but needn't be a published writer. More important will be your wealth of travel and dining experiences to share with our audience. You should be connected to the net. Interested ? Send us a sample of your writing and tell us about your travel/dining background.

FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRANSLATORS:

Our mission is to promote vegetarianism around the world. To do this most effectively we're looking at providing web content in a variety of languages.

We'll be looking for translators comfortable in one or more of the following languages: French, Spanish, German, Mandarin and Japanese.

You need to be connected to the Internet and able to produce web-ready documents in one of the listed languages. If you're an advanced foreign language student wishing to enhance your language skills, this might be a perfect opportunity for you.

WEB ARTISTS/ILLUSTRATORS:

Do you have exceptional artistic talent as well as experience in web site illustration ? Interested in helping promote vegetarianism around the world ? Then you may be just who we're looking for !

On a contract basis, you'll work on a number of projects putting your creative skills to the test. Experience with web graphics is essential. Send us URL's representative of your recent work and we'll take it from there.
