"Bombay Sweets on South 13th Street has won awards for cheap eats frequently. It should win for very delicious vegetarian food, too. If you enjoy Indian food for good prices, this is the place for you. They offer South Indian food mostly, including dosa, utappum, and itly. I enjoy the poori choley, which is fried bread and saucy, spicy chickpeas. They also have a bakery case full of Indian sweets ? hence the name."
