SARAN INDIAN CUISINE

"I wish I could get to Saran more often, but I live far enough away that it's hard to get there. It's a wonderful place, though, with a fabulous buffet that's worth checking out. They do have some dishes that use dairy, but their people are very knowledgeable about all that and are happy to answer questions. And don't forget to ask about their cooking classes! Highly recommended. "

"I work nearby and visit Saran for their lunch buffet as often as I can. They always have a good selection of tasty vegan dishes available. It can be a bit expensive there, especially to visit regularly, but it's well worth it. Note that despite what their entry says reservations are not required, in fact I've never had one and always been seated anyway. Highly recommended."

"This is one of the most delightful, warm, and lustfully satisfying restaurants I have ever experienced. It is clearly the kama-sutra of food. The food is wonderful and represents the North and South of India. If you are not a vegetarian, you will still love and adore the food at this restaurant. Perhaps, it will convert you to this healthy way of eating. The menu is truly huge. The waitresses and waiters are as friendly as I have ever seen. The family that owns the restaurant makes you feel like a member of the family. The outside of this restaurant and the strip of stores and restaurants that it is amongst is not attractive from the outside. Inside, the atmosphere is very warm and lovely. All vegetarians in the area should become familiar with this restaurant! But, it will satisfy everyone. This I am sure of. The cook, family, and servers are genuinely kind, giving people. They make you one of the family. A great family, indeed. Namaste"
