"Hands down THE best Indian food in town, as well as the best chai, with only one other nearby restaurant coming close. The only other place I've experienced chai made like this is in Nepal and India, and a great chai after a great meal is the most satisfying finish. The atmosphere is no frills, but it's always packed after noon for a solid couple three hours on the weekends, and when you start eating you understand why :) You order at the counter, and pick up your food when they call your number, although when it's packed, the waitstaff/busboys will deliver it, so you don't have to wade through the packed place to the counter. It's a great set up for them, just don't expect ambiance, romantic lights or any of that. It's just great food, cheap prices, authentic chai: what's not to love!"

"A wonderful experience. The vegetarian thali meal is simply out of this world. For just $6, you get rice, 3 chapatis (or puris), sambhar, rasam, three vegetarian items, dahl and a sweet dish. The quality is excellent. If you like vegetarian food, you will get more than your money's worth at this place."
