INDIA'S RESTAURANT

"India's is a nicely furnished Indian restaurant on West St in Annapolis, about 4 blocks from the Ram's Head live music venue. The decor is pleasant and somewhat upscale, with Indian background music, and lighting on the dark side. Prices, even for veg dishes, run high - most are $15.95. I think they gave complimentary papadums. There is a lunch buffet which has several veg dishes. I do the buffet after oral arguments at the Courts of Appeals building about a mile away. I have never seen the restaurant crowded. With recent building across the street, street parking has evaporated, but there is a paid garage behind the restaurant."
