"Sarocha's Thai has a menu that allows most all of its dishes to be served vegan/vegetarian. Because almost all the dishes come with a choice of meat, just make it clear that you are vegan/vegetarian and they will make almost anything on the menu with tofu for you. That may not sound like a lot to some, but in this part of the country (western Kansas) it's very hard to find vegetarian options anywhere you go. So it's nice to have a place that will make a great variety of things for you, and also be quite tasty at the same time. I know the owners are personally interested in attracting the veggie oriented crowd. I recommend trying the Garlic Pepper Tofu (no fish sauce), the Pepper Steak Tofu, House Noodles Tofu, or the tofu option on any of the curry options."
