"Vegetarian-friendly Mexican restaurant in Carlsbad Village. They have several vegetarian entrées, I reccommend the vegetable enchiladas without cheese (you specify with or without cheese), the black beans and cabbage salad are vegan, but the rice is cooked in chicken stock. They are really friendly here and willing to modify most orders as well."
