"Well, this was a surprise birthday party and what a great surprise it was! Fantastic buffet, cozy atmosphere, lovely garden and friendly staff. What more can you wish for? I would go to Lisbon again just to eat at Terra!"

"We went to this restaurant one evening and although we had a little trouble finding it, it was in easy walking distance of central Lisbon. The decor was very nice, there was a nice garden where you could sit and a pretty water fountain. The only downside to being outside was we could smell grilled sardines from next door! The food was very nice but not all of it was vegan and wasn't labelled. We could just about get a waiter to tell us what wasn't. It was a cheap buffet again and the food choices were good, there was a lot of tofu based dishes. I would go again, as the food was good and reasonably priced, but the service could have been a bit better."

"This is a truly wonderful place, Terra is my favourite vegetarian restaurant in the world (and I travel quite a lot!). The restaurant is in an old building decorated with traditional Portuguese furniture and handcrafted items and has a marvelous private garden with a fountain and old trees. The food is mostly vegan with Portuguese or Mediterranean flavours, the desserts are superb and they even have vegan wines! It can get crowded as it is a hit with the locals. It is a large restaurant however, with the indoor and outdoor space, so it always has places even if sometimes after some waiting."
