	DESCRIPTION:	Cornucopia is a casual dining wholefood vegetarian restaurant producing fresh, tasty & healthy dishes. Our delicious and varied menu which caters for a variety of tastes and diets- vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, sugar free, coeliac & raw/living; or simply for anyone seeking quality home produced and well crafted food. Our soups, salads, main courses, breads & desserts are made in-house by our skilled chefs. Cornucopias renowned vegetarian breakfasts are served from 8.30am - 12 noon. We offer freshly pressed juices & beverages ranging from wheatgrass to delicious organic wines & Fairtrade coffees. Thursday - Saturday we have live music from 7.30pm - 9.30pm. Our award winning cookbook "Cornucopia at Home" is beautifully illustrated and contains an array of recipes and stories. We are now launching a full catering by collection service and are working towards opening two new floors of our stunning Georgian building for further dining & arts events.

	CUISINE:	An interesting variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes prepared with different ethnic influences in mind - Casseroles,quiches, bakes, hot-pots, stir-frys, rostis, filos pastries and nut roasts, etc.

	SERVICE:	Catering, Cafeteria, Counter and Take-out.

	SPECIALTIES:	Special diets are catered for e.g. wheat-free, coeliac, sugar-free, dairy-free etc. Our increasingly popular vegetarian breakfast is one of our specialities. We provide a wide range of freshly prepared salads, including a mixed salad of delicious sprouted seeds and beans. We also sell a range of freshly pressed fruit and vegetable juices. We bake all our own breads and cakes on a daily basis, including a range of gluten-free breads and cakes.

	FEATURES:	We have been open since 1986 at the same location. In 1988 we won the Walker's award for Best Vegetarian Restaurant in Ireland, and we are featured each year in the Bridgestone Guide as one of Ireland's best restaurants.

"We were staying in Dublin for a weekend and happened upon this wonderful restaurant by chance. After going in, the very friendly woman at the counter offered me a taste of the daily special. It was excellent and I ordered a portion on the spot. My boyfriend was also very pleased with his selection. We ended up going back there to eat two more times, which means EVERY DAY of our trip. We would higly recommend this place and judging from the rainbow flag sticker on the door, they are also gay friendly, which is nice for us! Excellent value, excellent food. 2 Thumbs up!"

"Today a friend who is a strict vegetarian/vegan from England visited me in Dublin. We decided to go to lunch but wasn't sure where to go. We came across a restaurant called 'Cornucopia' based at 19 Wicklow Street, Dublin 2 - myself as a lover of meat was pretty skeptical that I might not like vegetarian based meals. To my surprise I have to say that the food i had today was exquisite. I would happily recommend anyone who visits Dublin to try out Cornucopia, you will not be disappointed."
