"Saf is a gustatory delight of the highest order. With half of the vegan menu items prepared raw, you might imagine a funky, folksy environment - not so my vegetable loving friend. Saf is extremely swanky, with a marble-clad open kitchen, a beautiful dining room, and a bar unparalleled in London's trendy Hoxton neighborhood. The huge selection of wines are all vegan, many biodynamic, and Saf's exquisite cocktails are worth every penny (ranging from 7.5 Pounds-10.5 Pounds). But it is the food which is on showcase at Saf: remarkable presentations (try beet ravioli), technique (chive "caviar"), and flavours ("cheese" tasting plate for two) should place Saf squarely at the top of your London to-do list."
