	DESCRIPTION:	Everyone is welcome to stay at Hut Therapy. The Hut has been set up as a therapeutic space with the intention of helping people on their own food journeys. Food is prepared by the host, Gilly Webber, a Macrobiotic Association UK accredited cook & health adviser. Guests who come to explore macrobiotic food can share whole food cooking with the owner in the kitchen or simply enjoy a macrobiotic breakfast, whole food lunch box or macrobiotic quality, evening meal cooked for them. The emphasis is on natural, seasonal whole food, food without preservatives, additives and other processed foods - a welcome antidote to modern, fast-pace, instant living. Some animal food & products are available for those who want something closer to what they eat at home - butter, milk & yoghurt are available at breakfast, and, fish at other meals - but essentially the emphasis is on organic, plant-based foods.
