    DESCRIPTION: Located on the Atlantic coast of Cape Breton Island, the Bistro at Cabot Shores offers vegetarian and vegan dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients and vegetables from our organic garden. Whether you choose to eat on our ocean-view deck, in our spacious dining room, or make your own wood-fired personal pizza outdoors - you are sure to rave about the delectible dishes we offer. Reservations strongly recommended off-season (November-April)
    CUISINE: European, Northern Indian, Pizza and Mostly Organic.

All our dishes are cooked to order, using seasonal, fresh ingredients.
    MEALS SERVED: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
    SERVICE: Full Service and Catering.
    SPECIALTIES: Curries, Masalas, coconut curries, Seitan stews, stuffed squash/peppers, wild mushrooms, wood-fired pizza, soups, homemade breads, granola, dark chocolate truffles, lattes, espresso.

    DIRECTIONS: Take Exit 12 off TransCanada Highway #105 (Englishtown Ferry Exit), drive to Englishtown Ferry and take it across St. Ann's Bay. Cabot Shores is located on the Cabot Trail in Indian Brook, 10km North of the Ferry going toward Ingonish, on the ocean side.
