"It is now more than a month that I go to this place almost every day to eat and relax. Delicious food, reasonable prices ($2.09 per 100 gr), nice music especially that of Louis Armstrong, clean, nice service and most of all, very healthy food. As of a comment I read below, it reminds me of the days of macrame planters. You really feel like something out of the 70's! Quite an extensive buffet, filled with salads and hot items, rice, potatoes, spring rolls, tofu and samosas at $1.59 each. Delicious choices of desserts, many with no sugar. Fellows at the cash register very friendly. I really like this place."

"Greens and Gourmet is a friendly buffet-style restaurant with a very big selection of truly delicious dishes. The ingredients of each dish are printed above it, along with the letters ND or NW (non-dairy, non-wheat) where applicable. Plenty of raw salad fixings are offered, along with a tempting variety of cooked dishes. Brown and Basmati rice are available, and since the charges are by weight, one can lower the cost of the meal by taking a bowl of rice (at $2.50)and supplementing it with other dishes. Complimentary whole wheat bread is also available. The atmosphere is spacious and attractive, with many huge green plants."
